Accessibility statement

1. Who this statement covers

This statement covers lifegrowth.digital, the website of Life Growth Digital and Nectar Cares. Both are trading names of Life Growth Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 12999552.

Our client guide sites and client portal are separate websites and are not covered by this statement.

2. Using this website

You should be able to:

• zoom in up to 200% without text spilling off the screen
• change colours, fonts and text size in your browser or device settings
• move around the site using only a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
• use the site with a screen reader, including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack
• read text that is set in plain English, with headings in a logical order
• turn off movement: if you set your device to reduce motion, our scrolling hints stop moving

3. How accessible this website is

This website is fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, level AA.

4. Films and captions

The films on our Media page play on this website without captions. Captioned versions are on our YouTube channel. If you'd like a transcript of any film, ask us and we'll send one.

5. How we tested it

We last tested this website in October 2026. Testing covered 14 key pages, including the home page, Services, Work, Nectar Cares, Start a project, Contact, Insights and our case studies. We used:

• automated checks with axe-core against WCAG 2.2 A and AA
• Google Lighthouse, where the site scores 100 for accessibility on mobile and desktop
• manual checks of colour contrast, headings, link text, image descriptions, form labels and moving content

The October 2026 tests found some small text with slightly low colour contrast, a hidden spam-protection field without a label, and a showreel video with no pause button. We fixed all three straight away.

8. How we build accessible work for clients

Every website we build is designed and tested to WCAG 2.2 level AA as standard, at no extra cost. That includes colour contrast, keyboard use, screen reader testing, clear forms and plain English. We can also provide captions and transcripts for the films we make, and write an accessibility statement for your website. If your organisation needs an independent accessibility audit, we can arrange one and fix anything it finds.
